The THRIVE team conducted mixed methods study in Ireland involving: (i) a survey with 120 educators working in second chance education; and (ii) focus groups with educators (n=) and learners (n=6). The study explored trauma-informed practices and the needs of early school leavers. Here is a summary of the findings.
